To make the shift from agent-driven sales to online and direct marketing, LTCI Partners hired us for a complete branding and packaging overhaul on their long-term care product line for the National Education Association audience. In-depth research revealed the need to preserve the involved, empathetic approach taken by the sales staff for this expensive and personalized coverage.

The nest egg wrapped in an inviting blanket used across all channels proved so popular with the staff that we created a super-sized version for their corporate headquarters. The integrated campaign took the pressure off the sales staff and fed them an increasing stream of eager leads.
